Annual Statistics

It is that time again – Annual Statistics!

We need everyone’s help in getting this task done, so Savannah Presbytery will not be at the bottom of the list in churches participating. This is a constitutional requirement in our Book of Order, but more importantly it will give you information about your congregation that can be helpful as your church plans for it’s future.

This year we have a new online program that can be accessed using the following link, (http://oga.pcusa.org/stats). Your user name is your Pin Number. Your password is the same as last year and remember you will need to include the exclamation point that is at the end of all the passwords. If you have forgotten your password call the office and one of us will be glad to assist.

If you are not able to do the statistics online, we can send you a workbook to do this manually. We will then enter your numbers into the online program (NOTE: this information will have to be into the presbytery office no later than Friday, January 25, 2013.)

Please do not procrastinate on this. It is really easy to do (it takes less than on half an hour to enter once you gather the information.) Let’s all try to be finished by the end of January, 2013. You will find favor with a very grateful Stated Clerk!!
