The Escape to Freedom Caravan is a powerful journey through key historical sites in District I of the Savannah Presbytery, highlighting the legacies of faith, resilience, and resistance in the Gullah Geechee Corridor.

We are honored to be guided by Hermina Glass-Hill—historian, founder of the Susie King Taylor Women’s Institute & Ecology Center, and Director of the SKT Gullah Geechee Museum at the Liberty County Historical Society.
🚌 Tour Length: Approximately 3 hours plus a lunch stop at Good To Go Jamaica Restaurant (lunch cost is not included in registration)
