Summer Camp 2024, July 8-12
Summer Camp Registration is OPEN now through June 23, 2024
(Space is limited, especially for younger campers so register early!)
Who: Ages 8 through 17-year-olds
Where: Montgomery Conference Center, Starke FL
Cost: $410 per camper
Breitenhirt scholarships available!
During the registration process, families will be required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. The remaining monies due will be paid to Savannah Presbytery through your home churches before the June 23rd registration deadline. Canteen monies can be sent with transportation drivers/campers to place on their accounts upon arrival.
Summer Camp is a terrific way for children and youth to unplug from hectic schedules, to embrace God’s good creation in nature and to participate in experiences designed to enhance relationships with God, peers, and other Christian adults.
We are excited to continue to partner with Camp Montgomery, a PC(USA) Conference Center, in Starke, Florida!

- Savannah Presbytery will GET YOU THERE! We will provide transportation from central location in each of our three Districts to those who are in need.
Campers (8 – 17 year-olds) can expect camp to be next level at Camp Montgomery which is accredited by the American Camp Association. Campers will have opportunity to engage in activities that stretch them and build connectedness with each other and their faith. Activities include archery, high & low ropes, swimming, canoeing, worship, Bible study, zip lining, rock wall climbing, tubing, and blobbing!
Montgomery Summer Staff are selected based on their Christian commitment, maturity, and aptitude in working with young people. All members are screened carefully and are subject to a Level II background check. Their training prepares them to create caring environments, provide opportunities for discovery, develop campers’ relationships with Christ, and administer CPR/First Aid training. A nurse is on the premise and camp food is top notch with fresh homemade fare prepared daily.

Jean Breitenhirt Scholarship Fund
A limited number of scholarships for Savannah Presbytery’s summer offerings are provided through the Jean Breitenhirt Memorial Scholarship Fund. For many years Jean served Savannah Presbytery and its children with love and grace as she coordinated the summer camp ministry. Her love and devotion to young people is still felt today.
